Hi. I did have the South Beach book but then I sold it to someone because I didn't think that I would ever use it again. I was hoping that someone had a list of acceptable foods or a good web site where I could go to print out a list. I want to try to start this tomorrow so any help would be great. I know it's a little different from Atkins so I don't want to eat the wrong things!!
