Sound too good to be true?

As part of his 'resettlement' (ie for when he leaves the forces), DH gets training courses paid for to allow him to learn new skills. We have found (through a Military magazine) a company in Orlando which runs a 7-week course in Property management, pool maintenance etc.

DH reckons the RAF will pay the cost of the course so we would just have to pay for flights, accommodation and food etc. If he did the course during the summer next year, we could all go and spend the whole 7 weeks in Orlando - bliss!

Do you think it sounds too good to be true? Or should we go for it?
