Any suggestions for something in the park to get to use to hold SotMk cards?

I saw a few people carrying these in the parks. I'm not sure if you can get it in the parks, though - hopefully someone else can chime in on that.

^ Those. I have seen them in the parks. I think I saw them more recently in the store with Mickey's Beanstalk right at PFH.

I just looked it up on the Parks Shopping App and shows in stock at The Emporium on Main Street and Frontier Trading Post.

If you want something smaller stop into a comic shop and get a little plastic case for cards. You can stack several inside of it and it will protect the cards as you carry them. If you have a large collection then the binders are good. You can even cast multiple spells at once and I have seen some players holding up 4 card sheets to use all the cards (only necessary at higher levels).

We went to Walmart and bought a cheap book for cards that was with the baseball and pokemon trading cards.

you can definitely buy the book linked on the Disney Store but a frequent complaint is that they don't have enough pages for all SOTMK cards and they made the page size different from what you find in the store. Going the comic book store/walmart route is probably better in value as well.

Those huge books they sell in-park are a pain, IMO. I bought a little Ultra Pro 2-pocket trading card binder on Amazon that was way cheaper and easier to carry. It fits into a quart-size Ziplock bag in case of rain.

Thanks for all the suggestions folks. We were told about the binder, but that's way too big. We wanted something pocket size, just for this trip. It's not going to turn into a big deal for us. We almost got a deck of playing cards in a plastic case at the Emporium, but it looked a tad too small.

If you want the disney one, you'll find them in the emporium usually in the small middle, very white section. they tend to be on shelf in the middle free standing shelves section and it will be on the back side and not a prominent come in and buy me location. They are really overpriced as everything else is so going with anything you can purchase outside of the parks will do. Also if you do pick to buy it, let your significant other distract the kids, if there is any, as they sell even more overpriced booster packs of cards with them.

With that said, my daughter went for it and she's happy and really enjoys the game so there is something to be said for having a branded binder also...

You can buy plastic boxes for baseball cards that would fit in your pocket. They come in varying sizes. I think 50 count boxes are the smallest I've seen.

2 questions for the players with Ultra-Pro Binders with 4-card slot.
Can you play with the binder? I heard the game will only read up to 6 cards, so can the game read the 8 cards (2 sheets of 4 cards open) displayed in any open binder?
Does it close with a zipper?

My son uses something called a Pro Folio. It holds 4 cards per page, can be folded in half like a notebook and holds a complete set of cards. I picked it up at a sports card shop.
