Hey folks, sorry to keep asking questions about food and beverage minimums! Just wondering, with regards to the $75/$100/$125 per person, are the items you include in a cocktail hour covered by this minimum, or is just food and drinks at your sit down meal/buffet at the reception? Hope i've made that clear and not just confused everyone! Just wanted to find out if cocktail hour is a seperate expense. Thanks again in advance for all your help! :)

You're food and beverage minimum includes all of the food from your entire wedding day. So say you have a brunch reception with a cocktail hour and then a Dessert party. You would only need to spend $75 on the DP, cocktail hour and reception. HTH

Thanks for the reply. So you're saying, if for example we have an early ceremony, the $75 per person would go towards the brunch, the cocktail hour and the dessert party? Rather than three seperate minimums for each event. Sorry if i sound like an idiot, just trying to get it all straight in my head. lol :)
