I am so frustrated with Brother International right now, I could just scream at the top of my lungs. I bought an embroidery machine to start a home business. Registered the machine online over 2 months ago. When you register a machine, they send you a certificate for free lessons. When I first registered the machine, I sent an e-mail asking how long it would take. The reply stated 3 weeks. At the end of 3 weeks, I called to find out why I didn't receive the certificate. I was then told actually it can take 4-6 weeks. I called at the end of 5 weeks. Sorry, but we will have someone research and call you back. Someone FINALLY called me back. It has been sent to corporate and they are sending a new one. You should have it in a week to ten days. This was 2 weeks ago. So, I called again on Tuesday. The supervisor will call you back in 24 hours. The certificate still didn't arrive in today's mail. So, I called the supervisor back again. She is in a meeting. So, I said well I want her supervisor then. They are all in a meeting. The guy puts me on hold, and comes back and says I have found someone for you to talk to and I am transferring you to her. It was the first supervisor's voice mail. So, I have left another voice mail and I asked her that if she could not or would not call me today, that I would expect a call from her on Monday. I was seriously considering buying a sewing machine made by Brother. But, if this is the shoddy customer service that they provide I think I will pass on anymore of their products. Sorry so long just had to rant and rave.
