May I share a bit of GREAT news with you all......This may not seem like a BIG thing, with what our lifes are going through right now with Charles III (DH) ,,,but it really is for us LOL..Our DS Charles IV (nope I couldn't find another name LOL) is the LOVE of our lifes,,,,well he loves bowling and has been bowling for 5 years now--he just moved up from bowling with the JR, bowlers (ages 6-22) to bowl with the adult leagues (Charles IV is 20)..well two nights ago in his 4th week of bowling with the BIG BOYS -lol,, he rolled a PERFECT 300 game,,,he had bowled a couple of 299's as a JR, but could never find that ONE pin lol,,well he has DONE it--and we could not be prouder!!! He told us it felt better then when he made his Black belt in Karate,,I don't see how BUT ya know kids ,,and I think I did see him FLOATING by lol...he will get a beautiful gold ring and some money for this,,but the best part he said is his name on the WALL at the Bowling Center.... Thanks for letting me be a Proud MAMA---I have said it before and will say it again, YA ALL are the BEST,,

Congratulations to Charles, Linda! That is definitely something to be proud of. As I said to you earlier I am lucky to get 300 out of 3 or four games total Good for him though and that is great that he gets to have his name on the wall too!!!

Thanks guys!!! DopeyRN they give him a sterling silver one with his choice of stone color,,,then we can pay 200.00 to get him the gold one so we did,, so he will really be getting two....the thing is NOT to buy the gold one right up front or thats all you will get,,you order the one they give you,,then the next day you can tell them you want a gold one--this way he gets two,,,he is going to dive the SILVER one to ME>>>LOL not really,, to his Girl friend...

Wow! Congrats to Charles IV!! I remember when I bowled on leagues I would get 4 consecutive strikes tops and lose it from the stress. Great job!!

That is so cool! Congrats to Charlie! Maybe he can come give me lessons! I bowled on a league for a couple years and then gave up! My dad has bowled for years and I can remember him bowling a 289 once and everyone was standing around cheering hoping he'd make it to 300!
