Sooo... Frustrated!

Once again, I have no Magical Express luggage tags! This has happened to us the last 2 times we used this service. The last time I did not receive my luggage until the next morning! I have 10 days to go and have put in a call to my TA....
What are the chances they will arrive before we leave on the 16th???

What is the TA telling you? I guess if you call Disney direct they won't talk to you? I am sorry you're frustrated. We always book directly through Disney and the airline tags always arrive before the rest of our packet! Good luck!

The ME tags come prior to the package- tell your TA to look for them- nthey're probably on her desk!

Same thing here. I got flamed on the resorts board for making a big deal about it so I sympathize with you. Apparently, you do not need the tags, you can just go the the magical express counter at the airport and they can make it happen. This is my first trip to Disney and I am a little disapointed about the ME not working out. I was going to make a big deal about the bus trip with my 4y/o son who will turn 4 on the trip but I have decided to play it safe and get a limo.

You really don't have to worry about taking the bus , ME will have you in the system. The pain is that you don't have the yellow bag tags. ME say that if you bring them your claim check they will get your bags. I personally would go get my bags instead and than bring them on the bus. At least your bags won't be 2-3 hours behind you. I have the directions that would have been attached so let me know I can fax it to you. Just send me a pm.

To the OP your ta should have got them before your docs like the pp stated. I usually get them a few days before the docs. The ta can certainly call and see if she can get new ones asap, they should be working for you.

OP, just so you know, you're not alone. We're 5 days from leaving and no tags. Our TA reordered them at 10 days out, so we'll see. If not, we'll just pick up our own bags, but it's no fun to be forgotten. I hope you have a great time once you and your luggage get there!

On our recent trip we never got our ME tags but everything worked out fine we decided to get our luggage so we didnt have to wait for it. But everything turned out well so dont worry

The frustrating thing about all of this is that I am going alone with my 2 daughters and one of DD is in a wheelchair and totally dependant on me for everything! I usually use a airport transport to get from my hotel to the airport to begin my trip so that they can get my luggage curb checked and I don't have to worry about it, and then plan to use Mex from MCO to disney so again, I dont have to worry about claiming or transporting luggage. We have a lot more luggage going then when we come home (I have all of DD's food, medical needs etc).
I did talk to Disney and they faxed me a note on what to tell the TA. I emailed the TA and he responded that he faxed Disney and my tags should be on their way once again from them.... we will see.

WE HAVE LEARNED OUR LESSON OVER THE LAST 2 TRIPS. HAVE HAD TAGS TAKEN OFF LUGGAGE AND LUGGAGE ARRIVING TO THE ROOM AFTER MIDNIGHT, 8 HRS AFTER WE NEEDED IT. HAVE LEARNED TO GET LUGGAGE OURSELVES AND PLACE IT UNDER ME BUS. NOT SO MAGICAL FOR US. HOPE YOU HAVE MORE OF AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. WE ALSO TAKE SMALLER CARRY-ON, ROLLER TYPE BAGS(JUST IN CASE).
