Sonny Or Sunny Eclipse

In one of the major WDW guidebooks,I noticed the animatronic singer at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe's name is spelled Sunny Eclipse.I have seen it spelled on the DIS as Sonny Eclipse.Which is correct?Just curious.Thanks.

I believe his name is actually Sonny E. Clipse.
