Something Wierd we do not know about you???

The only thing that I can think of is that I hate to make phone calls...really hate to.

ME TOO! And I have a BS & and MA in communication. Public speaking in front or 1000's of people, no problem. Calling to order a pizza, problem!

:rotfl2: Dang, there's some freaky people around here.:lmao: I've got nothing.:rolleyes1 :rotfl: Ok, but there is a poster on this thread that is driving me freakin nuts because I want to crawl through the pic in her siggie and fix all the freakin crooked pictures on the wall.:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Oh, I love you Mel, and I can see why your daughter is such a cutie.;)

HAHAHA, that's not my house. ;)

Pssst, it drives me nuts too. :rolleyes1

I have no kids, but sometimes when I'm playing hooky from work or on vacation...I watch Mr. Rogers.

I love Mr. Rogers!!! Especially the episodes where he goes into the factories and shows how things are made:)

I can't stand to sit on a warm toilet seat . Just the thought of someones butt being there right before mine is to disgusting to think about:scared:

I always thank my husband for warming up the toilet seat.:lmao: Oh and back off TF. I erased the last tag you put there about my husband.:rotfl:

I can't speak in front of a group of people!!! :scared: I'm getting less why with age, but yikes on the group. Maybe I'll be ok eventually.

And forget ordering pizza. And the only reason that I didn't procrastinate calling the surgeon to schedule a consult about my gallbladder was because I had a bunch of DISers threatening bodily harm of me if I didn't call. My DH was amazed that people here could get me to call when he couldn't get me to call. :rotfl2: He didn't dare say squat to me.

I won't go to lunch with anybody, even my husband. I am such a loner, I like to bring my lunch back and eat it at my desk. I hate restaurants - I only go to them at Disney because I have no choice!

I am afraid to even say my name out loud at a meeting - if they are going around the room I start getting panicky when they get close to me and I turn red.

I won't answer the phone (even at work) unless I know who it is.

I'll be back with more......................

I can't stand to have my feet touched... sometimes it is hard for me to even touch my own feet.

Also - I hate hate hate wearing shoes. That is probably why I love my crocs so much - doesn't feel like I am wearing them.

I don't know if this qualifies as "weird" but I absolutely, positively HATE to be tickled. Even the thought of being tickled throws me into a panic. I don't find it the least bit "playful" or fun. DO NOT EVER TICKLE ME!

I hate to make phone calls...really hate to.

I have a phone phobia. If I have to call someone, especially another person (rather than a business), I get a tight feeling in my chest and it's hard to breath. When I get off the phone I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. My good friend and I had a phone phobia support group, but then she had to go and get a job at a call center.

Walking over grates or vent make me panic. I even have a hard time walking on a pier at the beach. I can't look down. If I am walking on a sidewalk or something and there is a grate I will walk around it even if I just saw numerous people walk over. What if they just loosened it????

Dh and I went to Grandfather Mtn in NC just after we were married. He wanted to go across the swinging bridge. I got about 3 steps and had to turn back. Couldn't do it. I thought I was going to have a panic attack.

Dh and I don't make our bed every morning but I have to make it before I can get in it at night. I can't stand to get in a bed with rumpled sheets. I will even pull the covers straight if DH is already in bed sleeping. Drives him nuts.

I can't stand pet stores. Especially the fish tanks-Nemo is okay. I love Nemo to pieces. But real fish skeeve me out. *shudders* I don't-like-with-a-passion when people don't put screens on their fish tanks either. It bothers me when fish are "unfenced" especially if a tank is on the bottom row. What if I step in it? What if a fish jumps out and tries to eat my leg? What if it's not a fish but a snapping turtle and it gets one of my toes? And OH the lizards-the entire heat lamped area makes me...well, let's put it this way. I would much rather listen to rap music (despise that genre) and have people do things to their eyes (I hate eyes also) than be in that heat lamped row!

I'm also a major freak about time. I have to be anywhere at least 15 minutes early-sometimes the earlier the better. I will only do things on the 5 or 10 (if I want to take a shower and it's 8:32, I wait three minutes.) Should I be late for being early, I panic completely-tight chest, heart pounding, the whole shebang.

I hope I haven't freaked anyone out, but I'm such a weirdo.

Okay, you people have issues :rotfl:

I can't stand touching raw meat- of any kind, chicken, ground beef...

I don't eat meat on a bone- ribs, chicken wings

I can't sleep with any lights on, the vcr power button bothers me. I bought 4 alarm clocks recently and had to return them all, they were too bright. (Yeah Dh loves that one- he thinks I am a freak)

Yulp I'm sane.

I went there before!! That swinging bridge is something else!! I managed to cross it, then I sat on the other side for a really long time before I was un-chicken enough to go back. The yutzes I was with thought it was fun to jump on the bridge and make it move a lot. Talk about panic attack!

I like to watch Bear in the Big Blue House when I'm home sick. I all ways want to got to Disney Playhouse live when we are at DW, but fear I would look strange being the only big person dancing away, and screaming "Bear, Bear!"

When I did my college program some friends and I had the same day off - one friend worked at Playhouse Disney Live so she backdoored us. Yes, a group of 5 young 2-somethings getting backdoored for Bear.:rotfl2:

Oh, and last time I went to Italy we were in the hotel in the AM. My aunt was flipping channels and Bear was just starting. Nothing funnier than Bear in Italian! *singing* "Dov'e Dov'e Dov'e Ombra"

So I'm guessing this would be a no??

I'm very dominantly left handed, but I can only write on a chalk board with my right hand. If I write left-handed, you can't read it! :confused3

I have a fish phobia :fish: I CAN NOT eat a fish that looks like a fish!! If it has a tail on it, I will most definitely gag. And if it has a head . . . :scared1: :crazy2: :faint: :faint: I can eat it if its square and from McDonald's, but not if its real! I CAN NOT remove dead fish from a fish tank--so fish are banned in my house. I love Nemo, I can watch the movie--but get me around non-animated fish and I start hyperventilating. No issues here . . . :rolleyes1

Yeah. Me too. But not that severe. It's mostly fish in pet stores.
