Something special coming for the 40th?

Has anyone noticed that WDW seems to just be releasing discounts up to the end of September. It has released FD for all of 2011 up to the end of September. The current BB (if you can call it that since it isn't more than the public offering) is only until the end of Sept. and now the PINs that people have started receiving only seem to go up to the end of Sept. Is there any rumours/speculation that with the 40th anniversary of MK coming WDW is planning something special for the late fall? I realize that all offers have an end date, but it seems that everything right now is being offered up until the same time.

This is probably just wishful thinking on my part since we're trying to plan an anniversary trip for sometime next Oct or Nov & so far there seems to be nothing coming out (we had hoped to book a bounceback when we're there next month).

I have actually wondered the same thing about the 40th birthday. I could not believe the new year promotion wasn't more focused around it. Surely they will have a birthday celebration of some sort next October?

dining though September 2011 offer has a lot of blackout dates. It's only available maybe 40 Days between January and June and then opens up about the same time the free dining offer has the last few years.
