something i will bring next trip

i thought i brought everthing i needed but next trip i will bring a calculator to add up all the charges to the room . i use my room key to charge all my meals and stuff i buy .i keep all the recipts add check everyone before i leave, but its too much to do without a calculator.

Check your cell phone. Many have calculators built-in. You may need to look under "tools" or some such icon. It would mean one less thing to carry.

Good idea, a calculator! Your cell phone probably has one on it...maybe under accessories...I need to remember that for my October trip...I am sure there will be plenty to tally up!!!!!

Are you taking a laptop? If you are, I have a spreadsheet where you enter in the numbers and it adds it all up for you. Saved me tons of work and I didn't have to add at all. It has 2 sheets. 1 for souveniers and one for dining. I took about 5-10 minutes each night putting in my receipts for the day (with of us, there were LOTS of recipts each day) and I always knew how much we had spent.
