That's always a good question----when we go, my husband and the older boys (now 20 and 17) go their ways and the younger 2 kids (13 and 9) go our ways in the park and meet up for lunch. My 13 yr dd can't ride the crazy rides because of a heart condition so she and my 9 yr dd son and I always do the calmer rides and shows. It is always hard to find things to do together for kids in that wide age range---we face that all the time, even when we go to the movies. The shows at the parks are good for all ages and my 17 yr old even went on the rides in fantasyland with us this past spring break when my husband was sick and had to stay back at the camper. As a family we do the haunted mansion, pirates of the caribbean, jungle cruise----things like that that we all enjoy but aren't too much for my dd's heart to handle. Good luck!
