Sorry, I'm feeling a little nostalgic.

It's almost time to go get Joshua from school. I'm assuming that he found his class and everything this morning. They would have herded him the right way if he was wandering the halls... right?

Yeah, he's okay. I think I'll keep him.

BUT, I wouldn't quite put him in the "prince" catagory. First, that would make him royalty. HA! Second, that would make me a princess. Double HA! Third, that would make us one of those sickeningly sweet couples that think of ourselves as perfect or whatever. Nope, that ain't happening.

He is the right guy for me. I was married to the wrong guy for awhile, so I know the difference...

I'm off to Kindergarten. I'll feel better once I hear from Joshua how this morning went.

lori will be back with us as soon as she is able to.
she returned home from her vacay last sunday and had problems in her home. the ac broke down.

they couldn't stay there until friday.

lori is back to work but she said to share that all is fine.
she'll be back and catch up with us when she can.

The DVR was working overtime on Sunday...I recorded every episode and now I'm editing and transferring to tape. Season 2 coming soon!

I'll be in bed LONG before 12:01. I have to get up at 5am for work.

Well guys, I was watching a show called Extreme Rides or something like that and Journey to Atlantis came on and I thought....awww Florida- I want to be back!! But then what came on but our very on Spiderman!! It showed how it was made and the test vechicles and stuff. It was really good. You saw the cars going around on the line. I loved it. Made me want to go back to Florida though, especially when the camera showed the building of Islands of Adventure and then soared over it.

Metro, isn't that sacrilege, going from DVR to tape ?

I can't stand watching a VCR tape, I got TIVO like 6 or 7 years ago, now I have DirecTV Hi-Def DVR, haven't watched a VCR tape in YEARS. If I want to archive something, I burn it to DVD. I'm a gadget geek, it goes with the territory of owning a recording studio

barb - bananacide is punishable by sitting thru 10 small world trips ('course, i small world lol)

we have a Vick jersey in our house - should burn it. imo, there's a special place in hell reserved for people who abuse kids or animals.

DH lives on candy & caffeine; stockpiles candy corn (tastes like wax to me)

jodie - my oldest DS got married on 12/23; we went to SILs house for dinner on Xmas (DS was @ new MILs house). SIL pulled our presents out of the bag & said my DS didn't get anything - he just got married & she spent enough money they own their own successful business, gave them $50...didn't even cover their dinners at the country club. I was so shocked, was going to give DS the customary $20 she sticks in an envelope (no card lol); he didn't ask so i let it ride. If he knew he'd be crushed though.
