OK gang ... I need your assistance. I'm getting a camera bag made and need to choose the fabric for the flap, strip down the front and inside pockets. Out of 22,000 fabric choices, I narrowed my choices down to 56, and have now narrowed that down to 6. Unfortunately I like them all and can't decide on one ... HELP.

Out of the following six choices, which do you like best ... keeping in mind the bag is 10" H x 13" W x 5" D.

Big welcome D4est! I've been MIA the last few days.

Dave, you are in my prayers. Thank you for doing all you do to serve other people so selflessly. Can't wait to see Fireproof, I've heard great things about it.

I really like #3 because it's intricate. And I like 4 and 5 if you want something bolder.


We got done with homeschool really quickly today so we coudl spend a few hours in the waiting room at the doctor's office. DS3 has a bilateral ear infection. He was crying for hours last night and finally pulled on one of his ears a little bit. I gave him some Motrin to help him sleep, and he woke up really chipper and happy. So I wondered if he really had an ear infection or if he had just gotten a few tears in his ears. He didn't seem to need anymore Motrin, so we just went to the office expecting it to be a waste of time. I'm so glad we went! When the nurse practitioner looked at his ears, she said they both looked AWFUL. She sent us home with two prescriptions. No crying all day, he was just tired after the appointment ended at 3:45. He's got my ability to ignore pain. It only took me 6 years to decide to have my shoulder checked. And I've been missing Physical Therapy since we went on vacation. Bad girl, very bad girl!

MIL is coming sometime in the next few days to spend a week, so I'm trying to get the house cleaned and plan meals.

TTFN, hope to be back sooner rather than later.

I've got 7 more days until we hit the Hard Rock. Needless to say, I am quite excited! Have most of the packing done, just waiting until the weekend to do the last of the laundry so I can pack up the undies and socks!

Well I have 2 more days until I need to come up with $4800 to complete my Disney trip....We have it planned in March....Not flying, but driving due to airfare prices....

Yesterday was the first day I got to jog since the accident...now, I didn't jog far, but did mix it up with walking....so, who knows...maybe next week back to work......

i was wondering how the weather will be this week. all i get is what is in the paper and when i hit the weather channel during different times of the day. Our lucky miss penny is there in the motherland now and i hope it's above freezing for her for her vacation.

Yes...it's dark when I leave for work but not for long. It started raining aroundl lunch time I guess and was off and on until late afternoon...then it really came down for a good long while.

Dave, I guess we can call you Indestructible Man from now on. A house falls on you and now you are jogging. Wow. I have several friends that are firefighters and EMTs. I have a deep respect for all people in service to others. You know the risks and do your job anyway. That's amazing.

Welcome D4est! I'm not here often anymore, but I pop in from time to time. This is a good thread, so stick around and make yourself comfortable.

Bonny, I would go with #4 or #5. My choices tend to be based on what I could easily spot because it reduces my chances of losing stuff, so take that into consideration.

There is a *possibility* of a winter mix here this afternoon/evening. Depending on which weather report I listen to, we've got everything from a 20% chance to a 60% chance of precipitation... starting as rain, changing to freezin rain, then sleet, then snow. I've also heard everything from flurries to accumulation. In other words, they don't have a clue what, if anything, will happen. I think our weather forecasts involve a dartboard and a guy who has had way too many energy drinks.

So, my plans for grocery shopping are now on hold. I'm sure the french toast panic buyers have already swarmed in and will continue to empty the shelves in their frenzied buying for the rest of the day. Sigh. I guess I'd better go check the pantry and see what I can throw together for dinner.

good to book thru 2/14 for travel starting end of June...i booked a 3 night-worked out well as i was able to purchase MYW tix to flip to APs (said pkg i hope to be able to keep depending on economy)

bonny - i can only see #1 & #2, so i'll go #1 ...look like purses, as in not structured...do they have the padded inserts to hold the camera gear? certainly way more stylish that my case logic ones. Ive take to leaving them in the room anyway & just wrapping my camera in bubble wrap/zip bag as the bags seem so bulky & heavy by the end of the day...DH just shoves his in cargo pocket

She has not had it easy in her life.

She has a 22yrs old who she has brought up pretty much herself, working two jobs and struggling on.

Then she met the most wonderful ( younger ) man.

They have been dating for about 5 years and she has never been happier.



This is going to be the most loved baby ever.

..do they have the padded inserts to hold the camera gear?

Yep ... there is one big pocket in the middle for the camera and two smaller pockets on each side for the lenses, etc ...
