I have been diligent with my WW points for the last month. I initially I lost 3lbs in the first 10 days. Then I started exercising and gained the 3 lbs back. I kept up the exercises last week and again lost the 3 lbs (as of last Friday).....so I am back to square one. I would like to lose 9 lbs. (well now 10lbs.) by the end of summer, plus really tone up my jiggle.
By Monday I once again gained a pound back. And I am not cheating with my food either!
I have increased my exercise routine this past week and lately have been doing 2 DVD workouts each night, in addtion to toning and stretching.
My scale won't budge.....I can't lose the pound I gained let alone any add'l pounds.
I would welcome any and all suggestions!!
