Someone please tell me what a Glow cube is?

Hi! A glow cube is an "ice cube" (I don't actually think they are cold) that lights up and flashes in different colors inside your glass. I personally think they are pretty obnoxious, but that's just me...

Dole Whip, on the other hand, is a smooth & chilly, pineappley, wonderfully yummy treat (not as rich as ice cream, but creamier than sorbet...perfection)that you can only get in Adventureland. They are perfect on a hot day (or any day, IMHO)...you have to try one on your next trip!

From what I've heard about glow cubes is that you can take them home with you and reuse them. You just have to put them in the freezer first. Am I right?

We bought some at a local store before our trip. I happened to be out shopping and saw some and remebered how cool the kids thought they were. They were a buck or two each. You can get them in your drink at MGM at the SCi Fi dinner. The drink costs around 5 or 6 dollars I think. Can't remeber but I think they were expensive.

We use them at home and take them with us to WDW. I found some on ebay if you are interested. Here's the link or you can search for glow cubes. A bunch of listings came up.

on the bottom of the glow cubes there are instructions for how to turn them off and on. they use a little battery (like one from a watch) or something.

you tap them against something on one side for on, and then the opposite side for off.

they work like little freezer packs. i have some at home from ones that i got from the sci-fi drive in.
