was it really necessary to make a thread to tell us to welcome your friend? Can't we just wait until your friend makes a thread saying they are new? Because I'm sure no one will be like oh, you're new we don't like you. From my experience every person that makes a thread saying they are new has been warmly welcomed by the people on this board.
