We arrive to our resort May 11, 2014 (sorry about the date. Whoops!). That means our ADR date is November 12, right? And we can make reservations for our entire 10 day trip on that day??

I've tried to decide which restaurants to book first by priority. Will you look at my list and tell me if this is right?

1. BE OUR GUEST Dinner-5/13/2014
2. ASKERSHUS Breakfast-5/12/2014
3. MAMA MELROSE Fantasmic pkg-5/15/2014
4. OHANA Dinner-5/16/2014
5. GARDEN GRILL Dinner-5/14/2014
6. OHANA Breakfast-5/19/2014
7. TUSKER HOUSE Donald’s Safari Breakfast-5/17/2014
8. HOLLYWOOD & VINE Lunch-5/18/2014
9. WHISPERING CANYON Dinner-5/17/2014

It appears from your signature you are going May 11, 2014. Is that right. Your post is a tiny bit confusing.

Anyway, according to the 180 day counter I looked at, you are correct. Your ADR date is November 12, 2013.

I agree BOG should likely be your first priority. If I wanted an ADR there, I would book that first.

Personally, for the most part, I have always just done my ADRs in order of my trip dates. I have never had an issue. Not everyone does it this way, but I'm usually nervous I will mess up if I try to do it any other way. We generally schedule really popular meals, but when I have been online at the first opportunity on my date, I have never had an issue.

Even later when I wanted to make changes as long as it was pretty soon, I have not had issue. I made the reservations for our upcoming trip around October 25th I think.

For my upcoming trip we are there 4/22-27. I have

4/23-Chef Mickey's dinner
4/24-Tusker House breakfast
4/25-CRT dinner
4/26-Ohana dinner

And I booked them in that order.

This was not my original list. A week later, I switched Ohana from 4/24 to 4/26 and added a pre-park opening Tusker House breakfast on 4/24 since that is our AK day. As a result I'm still thinking of switching our Chef Mickey's dinner to a Crystal Palace dinner since there is some character overlap and because we have never skipped Crystal Palace. I still see availability. I do not see BOG.

The one reservation I will not touch is CRT. That is our BOG as far as priority. This is a trip for my daughter's birthday and she has Bibbiti Bobbiti Boutique 3 hours prior to the dinner ADR with a birthday celebration attached. So yeah, not messing with that one.

Have fun

That's a pretty good order, but I might move Tusker House to #3 between Akershus and Mama Melrose.
In my experience lately, the best time slots at Tusker House are filling up fast. If you don't care about having your ADR before park opening, then feel free to keep your current order.
Also, if you're pretty limited as to what time your want 'Ohana breakfast, book that before the Garden Grill dinner. I've been having an easier time moving my Garden Grill dinner reservations around versus moving my 'Ohana breakfast. I think the latter is more popular.

One other idea is that you can call AND be online at the same time. You should be able to book 5/12/14 online rather easily and, then if you have any trouble with the +10, the CM can help you with any dates past 5/12. If you can book online, you can always do it while on hold for a CM and the CM can help you with the last few. I find that to be quicker than trying to do it all online or having CM book all over the phone.

No matter what you do, sounds like you're on the ball and ready to go.
Good luck with your booking!

I would move both Ohana dinner and breakfast to a higher priority, right behind BOG.
