above is the link that I got in an email from Rosen. They are doing a $35 special for stays from 8/17 to 12/23... at the Comfort Inn LBV, The Roadway Inn International, Quality Inn International & Quality Inn Plaza...

While I can only vouch for the Comfort Inn LBV.. I cannot say what the others are like......for $35, the Comfort Inn is a good deal.. They just recently had a deal on Travel Zoo but it expired..

Thanks for the tip, got a room for $35. We needed a room for the day we fly in.
It's a great rate, but mixed reviews... As long as it's clean, that's the most important to us.

I also had a question on their cancellation policy ...so I called them. The 800# did not work for me, so I called them direct. I was told it was 24 hours and here is what it says on the email confirmation:

Terms and Conditions All Rates are plus 12.5% tax. Guarantee Policy: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at time of booking. We will validate your card, but not charge it until 24 hours prior to arrival. If your credit card is not validated, then the reservation will automatically cancel. Cancellation Policy: Hotel requires 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid penalty of 1st night's room and tax. Not valid for groups or special events or in conjunction with other discounts. Offer is subject to availability.Kids eat FREE with paying adult. (1 child per adult)

Yes, their refund policy is 24 hours prior to arrival when you book with them.. They also don't charge your charge card until day of arrival... they only hold your card # for a guarantee
