Some photos from my recent Disney Wonder Alaskan Cruise (more photos in page 2, 3, 4 and 5).

That was my ONLY sunny day. All my port days were covered in rain/fog/clouds.

I think I am among the few that have done a Juneau whale watch, without seeing a single whale!

You got to be kidding me? Not a single whale? Which company did you use and did you get a refund?

Alaska Galore..... First thing in the morning tour. The waters were horrible... they had combined groups and switched to a bigger boat. Over the radio, nobody was seeing whales and the waters kept getting rougher. So after about 45 minutes, they decided to just cut it short and head back. Yes, got full refunds. Supposedly, people who went later in the day, saw plenty.

We saw a couple sea lions on a buoy, an eagle off in the distance, and that was it. Much to my surprise, I basically did not get to photograph any wildlife on the trip. I have to be satisfied with very very cloudy landscapes (when it wasn't pouring so much that my lens just covered in water). Weather was so bad that the Frozen deck party had to get cancelled -- At first they re-scheduled it, but then the weather stayed bad and they had to cancel it.

Sorry to hear that. I guess we got lucky on our week.
