The odds of someone keeping a contract full term may not be very great. There are a lot of possible life changes that can occur during 30 to 50 years. Resale prices don't always reflect the number of years left in a contract BCV sells at a higher price than SSR.

One nice thing to know if you always need a two bedroom villa. Both BWV and AKV-Jambo House only have lockoff two bedroom villas, meaning a combination of a studio and a one bedroom villa. That means two entrances to the villa (one from the studio and one from the one bedroom) and the second bedroom will never have two queen beds (just one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa). Other resorts also have lockoff two bedroom villas, but they also have the option of a dedicated two bedroom villa (most with two queen beds in the second bedroom, except for BCV which might have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa in some dedicated two bedroom villas because they are smaller).

BLT and AKV-KV each have an extra bathroom off the entrance of the one and two bedroom villas.
