i'd fork over everything i have to this adorable pirate!! :thumbsup2

Awww, cute pic :thumbsup2

I love Cadburys - Flake, Twirl, Double Decker, Creme Egg, Fudge, Chomp and Dairy Milk.

Haribo esp the sour ones.

Bon bons (toffee balls covered in confectioners sugar), rhubarb and custard (hard candy that tastes of rhubarb one side and custard the other), black jacks (chewy licorice) and fruit salad (chewy fruit flavour).

And when in the states anything peanut butter (we don't have many things with PB here), Twizzlers, Air Heads and Peppermint Patties.

Did you know in the UK a Mars Bar has carmel (like your Milkyways) and Milkyways don't ;)

Off to get some choccie popcorn::

mmmmmmmm M&M's plain are my faves:cloud9:
I've been too good all day!? Not one piece of candy! Uh oh, maybe I'm sick:sick:

Soooo, what time does everyone stop answering the door for trick-or-treaters?
It's 8:15 here, I'll put the basket on the stoop for the stragglers to help themselves, and lights are OUT at 9.

What does everyone else do?

Might I add that I tried chocolate skittles tonight - swiped it from the little ones bag - they are GROSS

I managed to swipe all the snickers out of the kid's bags before they even realized they had them. I'm thinking chocolate for breakfast in the morning!

I started handing out candy at 6:00 and had to turn the porch light off at 8:30...I had given out everything I bought plus raided the pantry for granola bars, cheese 'n' crackers, etc. (basically anything that was individually wrapped). I think I had about 200 kids this year.

We had zero...had our light on from 6-8pm. We were prepared with a mixed bag of Rolos, Snickers, Milk Duds, Take 5, and Heath bars. I think the neighbors that have kids went to the malls.

None at all? Do you live in a rural area? I live in a fairly large subdivision and we get all our kids, as well as many from the surrounding neighborhoods. Too bad you've got all that good candy you'll have to eat yourself...:rolleyes1

We are kinda borderline rural...depends on which way you get to our community. We are less than 5 minutes to the nearest town.

I loooovvvveeee peanut M&M's, but the regular kind are great too.

I try to stay away from anything with a high amount of food coloring or processed sugar. Chocolate is my favorite! :)

I turn the lights off at 9:00. I love handing out candy, but by 9:00 I'm done.
My favorite candy is Butterfinger bars. I never buy them to hand out because I know I will eat more than I hand out. I also love tootsie rolls, yes I know that ages me. :)
