Some Fun.... So who are you? What is your username about?

My screen name is a family joke. My children and I loved to play Disney Bingo. It was a simple pre-school game, pictures not words, and when I was the caller I could never remember which was Goofy and which was Pluto, so we made up the "dog with a hat" label for Goofy. Since we played it way past pre-school and I did eventually learn the names, we still liked to keep the tradition.

Mine is pretty simple also......dvc...well...you know....and the od is for doctor of optometry...thus dvcod. I am an optometrist in the Columbus, Ohio area....had to make it something simple so I could remember it !!!....keep dreaming the dream.....Jim

my much-missed keeshond, makes me happy to see her name...alot;)

My name is Robyn and my first love was Disney as a young girl, hence the "Girl" part. Even though I am 40 years old I will always be a kid at heart! The 20 is simply my birthday.

Great thread! popcorn::

We are all still kids when we are at Disney's parks! I turn 60 in one week, DH is now 65 but we are still kids when we go thru the gates!

I don't get it....:confused3

Duane

:rolleyes1

:rotfl2::lmao::rotfl: So how DID you come up with your screen name? :lmao:

Rob...thanks for starting this!

I'm John and I have a 4,000 gallon pond, home to about 45 koi, in my back yard. For those of you familiar with koi, yes, I'm over populated, but I have a lot of filtration!

Probably pretty obvious, name is Jack and I went to the University of Connecticut (UConn). Thought it was funny back in school because of the word play on Yukon Jack whiskey, and started using in in the old original AOL chat rooms. The adolescent humor of it has worn off, but it has stuck as my default username in forums.

My name is Sue, and my screen name kinda came from my DH, who at the time was a K9 officer (since retired). I had always had cats until we got our first dog shortly into our marriage, and I fell in love with them! I figured "K9luvr" might be a bit weird, so I went with K9pal

my user name is amystevekai&bump.

My name is Amy, my DH is Steve, my eldest son is Kai (he is nearly 6 years old) and bump was our youngest son when he was still in my tummy - I was still pregnant with him when I joined the DIS, hence the 'bump' bit:goodvibes.

He has now become Lucas, and is 2 & 1/2 years old. He visited the 'World' for the first time at 9mths old and will make his second trip in December when he will be nearly 3 and a half. This will also be the whole family's first ever Christmas trip - so we are making it a special one!!! :santa:

(I guess I should have changed my Username, but I like seeing my total posts get higher and higher - sad eh!!:lmao:)

Hi, I'm Michael. Credit Man is not just a name, its an occupation.

My name is Paula and my username is Checkers after my late beloved black/white cat.

Red Wolf used to be my beer of choice, before it was sadly discontinued. 88 used to belong to Nascar driver Dale Jarrett, and 12 used to belong to Nascar driver Jeremy Mayfield, my two favorites.

My name is Mark

I am from South Louisiana, so that explains the first part of my username. The 28 comes from that fact I was a big fan of Davey Allison who drove the 28 Havoline car in Nascar.

I am the Chief Photographer for the newspaper in Talladega and been here since 1986, so I have had many run ins with the Allisons. They are really great people. I was on vacation when Davey was killed in the helicopter crash at Talladega Superspeedway. Many probably don't remember Davey's brother Clifford was killed in a wreck at Michigan speedway eleven months prior.

I'm Bob and a professional photographer, hence Photobob. Not real creative!

Neil here, I am a firefighter/paramedic and my daughter leaves off all the letter G in some words like bouncing and running is bouncin and runnin and she thinks tigger is the second coming, so that what I came up with.

PINNOCCHIOSDAD= (yes I know its spelled wrong) As you know the story of Pinocchio, Gepetto wished upon a star for a little boy and he got his wish. I wished upon a star and got my wish, my adopted son. I often call him Pinocchio and he has no idea what I am talking about. I have a collection of Pinocchio memorabilia. Hence my username:woohoo:

WOW, I would love to see your pictures and talk to you about your experiences with the Allisons. That would be a thrill for me. Years ago I met Paul Sawyer, the owner of Richmond Speedway, and he told me a lot of stories about Davey. It was a shame when he was killed in '93. From what I understand Clifford was on his way to being a great driver himself.

Hi Everyone. My name is Mary and I live in the Locust Point neighborhood in Baltimore which explains my screen name!
