Some DDP Questions

We have never used a dining plan before. These are some questions I have:

1) We have room-only reservations (8 nights), would adding a DDP turn it into a package that is subject to the policies for packages?
2) Is it possible to add a DDP at check-in?
3) Our reservation has 3 rooms on it (again, they are room-only), would it be possible to add a DDP to just one of them (2 people in that room)?
4) If we did #3, could we use 8 table service credits at once to pay for a character meal for all 8 of us that are going?

2) No.
3) yes, if they are separate reservation numbers.
4) Possibly. Do not know if you would be permitted to use an adult TS credit to purchase a meal for a child. You could not use a child TS credit to purchase a character meal for an adult (regular dining plan, you might be able to with the deluxe, but you would not want to use the deluxe to pay for one character meal)
