Some Color Missing on Transfer I Just Printed

I just printed off an iron on transfer that has some black stripes in it.

One of the stripes is missing some of the black color. Do you think I can touch up the black with a black magic marker or sharpie?

Not sure if this will work or not and wondering if anyone has any experience with this.

Not sure but I would test it first on a bit of left over transfer.
