I'm headed to WDW with my family 12/5-12/13. They've been discussing going to sea world for a day as my 4 year old niece loves animals and has never been. I have no desire to go there and on our past few trips have been bummed about not going to Universal/IOA to see the entire Harry Potter area. I haven't been to Universal for 13 years. So here are my questions:
We're staying at Pop Century and I'm not comfortable in a rental by myself. What's the best way for me to get to Universal at opening? And have reliable transport back?
If I only want to see the HP areas do I need tickets to both parks?
If I don't plan on doing all of the rides, how long would I be there on a week day?
(And the one that's toughest for me) My 9 year old niece has just started the books and seen one or two movies. Is it wrong for me to go without her? It's doubtful her parents would let her go with me alone (not that they don't trust me, I'm a 31 year old responsible adult) and I'd rather do it alone.
Any suggestions are appreciated!!
