I'm new to the board so hope I'm not posting incorrectly.

I will making my first solo trip to WDW in December. I've been several times in the past but always with family members.

My question is - are there any rides which have lines for single riders? I never paid attention to this in the past.

Also, is it possible to as for a seat in the back on the Safari ride as a solo rider?

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions/comments. :)

Test Track and Expedition Everest have single rider lines.

You can ask for any seat on the safari ride. If it's not available, you may be able to wait for the next vehicle.

Some other rides may not have designated single rider lines but I have skipped ahead in several rides. If they have one spot left they yell out for single riders and then let you skip ahead. My last solo trip, last August, I jumped ahead on Tower of Terror and Rockin Roller Coaster. I have also jumped ahead on Splash Mountain on a previous solo trip.

Enjoy your first solo trip. It can be more fun than going with others because you get to do whatever you want. Its all about you.

Thank you both very much for this info.

I'm really looking forward to the solo trip for the very reason you stated - I can do what I want, when I want. :)

:wave2: Aristocats... I always ask if "I can wait" for the row I want. That way it doesn't sound like a special favor. They have never said no. So fun solo ...:goodvibes

Rock n Roller Coaster also has a designated single rider line. And Waiting2GoBack is right; pay attention to the CMs as you get close, because they will sometimes ask for a solo to fill up a single seat.

I'm sure you can ask to wait for the back row on the Safari, but I will comment that in 3 solo trips I have always been seated with another party in my row on the Safari (always a party of 1 or 2, so they are at one end of the seat and I am at the other).

Solo trips are awesome! :goodvibes

Once when I went solo they asked for single riders on Soarin. That was a bonus. I'm going back on another solo trip in 2 weeks from today. It's a great way to do everything you want to do.

Enjoy your trip too!
