Solo Christmas dining

I'll be doing a solo trip the second weekend of December, and I wanted to check out one or two places outside of my usuals (aka non-Epcot restaurants) for dining. I'll probably be doing a bit of resort hopping to check out Christmas decorations too, so if it ties in to that, even better! For example, I'll probably swing through the monorail hotels and at least hit up the bar at the Poly. I've also heard that Wilderness Lodge has awesome decorations, and I may spend an evening walking around Disney Springs. I haven't really had the chance to explore it since it was redone and they have that Christmas Tree Trail thing going on. Thanks!
