SoG reservations - can't get it to work!

ARGH - I'm finally ready to make my reservations, and I can't get their online reservations to work! I can find my availability, but when it's time to input my name and sponsor's social, the blanks won't accept any text?!!

Anyone else having this problem? I'm hoping that if it's down for me, it's down for everyone else... I don't want to lose my dates, and they won't be open til Monday. :: pout ::

I can tell you that the agent on the phone once told me the web site stops reservations at about 80% occupancy so if you were able to find room during your stay you should be ok until Monday.

I am not sure if you mean at the beginning of the process or after it shows the availability, but if you mean after it is available you click on the price that you shoose (if there is a choice ) and that will bring you to the window to book
If it is at the beginning of the process it is not necessary to input the name and ssan just pick the rank and then it searches without the personal info. when the property availability comes up u just click on th e price.
Also If you search for the room and it is available the you can call ( with the window still open ) and when you talk to the agent and try to book then close the window. I think it may be holding the reservation. this happened to me . I saw the room available and called and the agent said it was not available so I closed the window and asked him to check again adn then itt was there!

Thanks for all the help! I finally called there late last night (just using the standard 407 number) and got a front desk clerk who was willing to help, and did so quite cheerfully. I have my confirmation in hand - wooHOO!
