SOG/POFQ???

Okay, here's the problem I booked POFQ through SOG because at this time they, SOG were full. Now, I want to make a room request, a refridgerator and bldg 5 but when I call POFQ they say I have to go through SOG and when I call SOG they say I have to go through POFQ!! any ideas about what I should do? It really doesn't matter which bldg I'm in but we really do need a refridgerator. Thanks in advance for all your help!!

SoG can put in the request, but they can't guarantee Disney will see it. You can wait until you arrive or, if you don't want to wait for fear they'll be out, you can fax the hotel (NOT SoG) direct 3 days prior to your arrival date and put your request in at that time.
