SOG parking ?

I hope someone can help me on this. Due to DS retirement I qualify to use SOG.

Couldn't get a room due to being full, but I thought about getting our tickets there. Is there temporary parking to run in and purchase the tickets? or Do I have to pay and park in the garage to go in to purchase the tickets?

Yes, there is temporary free parking. Just let the gate guard know why you are there. He will point you to the correct parking. When you go up the drive from the gate and get the to stop sign, you will turn right and park in that lot. You will have to walk up a slight hill to get into SOG.

Do you know if I can purchase a ticket for my friend? She doesn't have a military id card.

I have never visited SOG and look forward to my ticket purchase.

Yes, you can purchase tickets for your whole party. My mom bought our tickets two years ago. All you need is your id card.
