SOG overflow and new dining plan?

We are staying at POP on an SOG overflow rate the week before Easter. Does anyone know if we will be able to add the new dining plan to our reservations? Could I just do it when I arrive or would I have to call the SOG number and wait on hold for half a day? Thanks for any info!

The dining plan is only offered on packages, so if you don't have a Magic Your Way package you will not be able to add on the dining plan.
