SOG Dining menu

Does the menu at Mangino's (I think that's the name) change often? Is there a menu somewhere on the internet? I'd like an idea of what's there.

Also, if anyone has tried the buffets, what are the themes, and is it worth it? We're going to SOG for two nights after a 4 night Disney cruise in one week, and I'm just not ready to stop finding something new to plan!!
