SOG Contempary Washer & Dryer Question

We have heard awhile back that the washers & dryers at the North Garden Wing was very slow and we were wondering if anyone just back could tell us if this is still a problem and if we should go over to the other side to do laundry?

In January, there was no change machine - one of the washers took my money - some of the washers were not working - the dryers were slow -the soap machine took my money and did not give soap and the TV did not work. I had to call someone from the front to help me get the washers to work and to bring me soap so I had to wait a LONG time. I was in the tower or else I would have scooted back to my room to wait for the things to wash & dry. So, needless to say I was fit to be tied after that experience.
Maybe they have fixed the problems since then.

Maybe they have addressed the problems now. It was just such an awful time (wasting my time) waiting for them to mosey up to the laundry.

I was there in July and the washers and dryers were still slow. My FIL did laundry and it took him in excess of 2 hours! A couple of the dryers were broken and the 'working" ones didn't work well. People were waiting (and waiting, and waiting) for the people in front of them to finish drying their clothes. There were many unhappy people that day .
