Soft Drinks???

Please explain the soft drink deals.....

When do they cost and when don't they?

There is a drink station on deck nine - outside the buffet. I believe they have iced tea, lemonade, water, and fruit punch. All free. You can get the unlimited soft drink deal (not sure if it is a sticker or mug right now) on the Magic it is $35 and you can have unlimited softdrinks on the ship and CC. During your meals in the dining rooms all drinks - except alcoholic- are free. If you book through AAA right now you get the unlimited mug for free. Hope this helps.

So, if I'm reading this correctly, soft drinks are not included at breakfast or lunch on deck. It is only in the dining rooms, correct?

I like an occasional Diet Coke, but I cetainly can't drink $35.00 worth!

They do not offer fruit punch at the drink station. It is free at the buffet, though.

I believe I'll just tell my kids that soft drinks are simply not an option on the cruise!!!!!!!!!!



(Of course, I'd place absolutely NO restriction on OUR beverages of choice!!!!!! ) hehheh

That is why most of us bring our own on board. We stop at a store the night before and buy bottled water and soda cans. Not a lot but enough to stock our fridge in our cabin/s. My kids don't drink a lot of soda on the cruise, they will just drink what's avail, like at the drink station. An occassional charge on the card is fine w/ me...they don't abuse it. The drinks in our cabin worked well for when we wanted something in our room and also to bring w/ us if we left the ship to go somewhere...esp. the water.
