Does anyone have a Soarin' ringtone mp3 that they are willing to share? My Verizon phone won't let me download from sites such as Myxer, etc. I have to email my phone an mp3, and I don't know how to cut down the song.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide. :)

Can't you save the bit from Myxer and email it to yourself? I have used Myxer for my iPhone and I end up with a file that I pop into iTunes.

It doesn't give me that option. It will only allow me to send it to my phone, and then I get the error message that Verizon won't allow it. :(

What happens if you tell Myxer that your phone is an iphone, you can save the ringtone as a file? BUT ... I don't know if Verizon and the iPhone use the same filetype.

Go to phonezoo and do it there, I have Verizon and that's how I make my own ringtones. You just upload the music, edit it and text it to your phone.

Yay! I'm sorry I couldn't help more but it looks like I at least kept the thread on top of the board so pixiewings71 could help you out ;).

I got the file sent to my phone, but can't figure out how to set it as a ringtone? Can anyone help me?

Well, at least with my phone, once the text came in and I clicked on it, it started playing. There was an "option" button I could click and under those options it said "set as ringtone". That's how it works on my Verizon Chocolate anyway. :confused3

There is a way to make ringtones for your iphone, all you have to do is download the music. If you want detailed instructions, send me your e-mail address and I can e-mail them to you. I love making my own ringtones, then I have what I want on my phone, instead of downloading something that isn't "exactly" what I want ;)

That's exactly how it works on my Juke. :)
