Soarin In June???

Hi there

I'm planning to visit WDW in early June and was wondering if Soarin at Epcot would be open at that time as that would be a highlight. I've heard that it's planned to open in April but I wanted to check if anybody had heard anything more.

I think it should be open by the time you go, especially since the 50th Anniversary of DL is in May and I would think they would want all the new rides and special stuff commemorating DL to be ready then. I was in Epcot last week and it looked like it was coming along pretty well.

We were in DL last July and we LOVED Soarin' so I can wait to see it in WDW!

We have a friend who works in The Land pavilion...

The pavilion is scheduled to close in early January so that they can finish the entry area for Soaring, redo the downstairs food court area and do some renovations to the Garden Grill...

The earliest projected reopening of the pavilion is March and the latest is May... Soaring is protected to open when the pavilion reopens...
