Soarin' FP return time at 11:00 AM?

Anybody have an idea of what it might be, say this Saturday at 11? Thanks.

There's really no way to know.
My best educated guess would be between 4-6PM.

Sounds about right....try to get over there a bit earlier and you may get something a bit earlier in the afternoon.

On a somewhat busy day, I've seen FP return times run at a ratio of 3:1 of real time. So if the park opened at 9am (no EMH), and the first return times were at 10am (I've seen it vary between 30-60 minutes after rope drop), I'd expect it to be 4pm.

Saturday of Memorial weekend the FP return time at Soarin at 10:45 was 6:45 p.m. Two hours later we got Test Track FP with a return time of 6:00 p.m.

Yeah, on the busiest days of the year (those that rate 9/10) they'll go even faster than 3:1 - close to 4:1 or even beyond.

Of course, this pretty much applies to Soarin' and TSM - other attractions are typically much slower.
