Because I was cleaning out the freezer that died yet again!

I gave up on cooking everything and instead just put two each of the Hams, Turkeys, Prime Ribs and stuff back in another freezer. What I couldn't fit in we have to try and eat by Tuesday or so. That's like 10 or so frozen entrees, a bunch of frozen desserts and appetizers too....

This one is yellow cake with chocolate ganache filling and then the extra ganache on top, which is why there's that double border.

This is my friend's partner's birthday cake. It's chocolate cake with ganache filling. The "clamp" thing is an inside joke and a VERY long story.
