Okay, that's the best title I could come up with.
When you die, how do you want to be remembered?

Do you want to have a legacy that will outlive you for decades, like the Beatles or MJ, with a fancy schmancy funeral service that everyone will see? Do you want people to remember your name for something significant that you've done, like being a world leader? Or would you rather be remembered through family stories from say, your kids to their grandkids?

Personally, I'd love to be remembered through family stories, and maybe to the extent of having a wikipedia stub for some breakthrough that I've made, or everyone knows what I did, but not my name. That's about it. The idea of having a legacy that will outlive me for decades just kind of creeps me out.

I want to do great things for Imagineering. It sounds stupid, but I want kids for generations to go on an attraction I helped plus, or created the concept on, and enjoy it.

I don't care if people never know my name, the smiles on their faces would be good enough for me.

I'd love to be remembered by family and friends, and I think I will.. but more than that, I'd love to leave an impression on the people close to me. If that's all I accomplish in my lifetime, I'll be happy.

Does that make sense?

I want people to remember me for being kind and wise. Like, 30 years from now, I want my peers to be able to say "She seemed nutty at the time, but she was actually very wise beyond her years". I want to be remembered for making good decisions.

Whether it's brodcast world-wide, on Wikipedia, or told through family stories, I don't really care. I would just like to be remembered, even from time to time.

It doesn't sound stupid! I especially appreciate the Imagineers who do crazy things for Hidden Mickeys! And I'd love for more than anything to meet the Imagineer who created the first HM I ever found, but it'll never happen.

Yeah, that does make sense. :)

Thanks, you should see the looks on peoples faces when I explain what an Imagineer is. I think it's awesome that you have the memories of finding HMs.

On the flipside, part of me doesn't want to be remembered at all.

I avoid pictures if I can help it, there are very few of me taken by anyone, and I don't have many friends.
Most of the time I think I could just vanish, and everything would be okay. Part of me likes that thought, I guess. It sounds more depressing than it is, I swear! xD

To be honest, I'm not so much into fame. I just want a couple people to remember me. Like, I just want to make a difference in one persons life, at least. Maybe change one kids life, and they remember me, and they tell their kids about me. That's it, just one would be fine.

Otherwise, I want to be remembered for being honest, uncensored (;)), kind of quirky, and very caring.

Well I want to be a broadcast journalist, so whether I'm on a big TV show like E! News, or just on a local news station, I want to be on it for years and years & people to be like "Wow...That Alyssa girl was like a part of our family when we watched her on TV." It's sounds so silly, but people always seem to say it when news anchors die?!

But being remembered by my friends & family is more than enough for me :)

That's a good thing to be remembered for, regardless of who remembers you.

Hidden Mickeys are seriously my life. I look for them everywhere, even at home.

Awww. That's how I feel sometimes. If I vanish, no one will care.

That's so humble! Hahaha. Yes, I'll definately remember Jenny Uncensored.

I love newscasters! I know Sam Champion used to be on ABC at like, 5 & 6 for Eyewitness News, and a little piece of me died when I realized he wasn't being the weatherman anymore.

Ahhh yeah omg same here!
That's what I want. Like I love the people on E! News & the Daily10, and on TMZ so I want people to like me like that lol.

I want to be remembered by intellectuals as a person who helped change the way people think.

I want to be remembered by my friends as somebody they could count on.

I want to be remembered by my family as somebody who cared for those she loved.

As bad as this sounds, I don't care how I am remembered. I'm not the type of person to live their life to be remembered I guess.

i want people to remember me and think "man, she was so much fun. she had a great sense of humor" or "can you imagine the fun we would be having if brittany was here?" stuff like that.
also for being a loving, caring, dependable person :D

I guess I want to be remembered like the girl who wasn't afraid to be herself.

I'd love to be remembered by family and friends, like, y'know, those stories when they laugh and say "If Elin was here now, she would have..."

:goodvibes

I would want to be remembered by my friends/family, nothing to big or showy, just you know "oh hey, you remember that time elin..."

I Want To Be Remembered As A Smart Girl, Who Did Anything She Put Her Mind To. And Thought Of Others As Much As Herself, And Someone Who Loved Animals Just As Much As People

I want to remembered through both. I would love to have done something, like make beautiful music that inspires the world.

I would also love to have made an amazing impact on my family, and have them remember me too.

I want a legacy, I want to leave a footprint but only if it is for something admirable. :]

I only want to be remembered for a woman who lived her life to the fullest, loved without abandon, and always gave without asking for anything in return.
