the next special offer? Their website only has the room discount right now. I am wondering if they will ever do the buy 4 get 3 free deal again?

I've forgotten... if they offer the 4-3 deal can one upgrade the park passes to 10-day with no expiration and pay the difference between the 7 and 10 day passes (plus the no expir. of course)?

I don't think they will offer it for 2011. Last 2 years that we booked this offer for Feb, it was public in Nov/Dec.
I wish it was out there.

4/3 was such a great deal! I wish it would be offered again, but I will settle for a room pin code at this point!

I remember the article last year about Disney trying to reduce the discounts. It looks like they are trying lots of different offers and strategies this year to see which yields the best results. Let's face it- the economy is not recovered and people are still being very careful with expenditures, especially for non-essentials like vacations. I hope everyone gets a great rate, but I also don't think we'll see the "buy four, get three free" deal unless perhaps it's limited to the moderate/deluxe resorts. Who knows though- sounds like some are getting great PIN offers at least!---Kathy

That is a major factor in why we changed our dates to take advantage of the FD offer before it ended on Dec. 20th. Like they say a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush.

It was a bit odd for Disney to offer the FD so early for most of 2011, so I worried if that might be it for next year.

We are seeing that the room discount % seem to be a bit lower than previous years 35% vs 40% for deluxe and the last few promotions have certain resorts GF, AKL, and Poly at a lower 25% than other deluxes.

While I would love to see the 4/3 offer I somehow doubt it myself but I do think there will be a offer with a tie-in to the 40th Anniversary of WDW Oct 1st like in previous years Disney will promote a year of Celebrateing from Oct 1 2011 thru Oct of 2012.
