So When Can We Book F&W Classic?

DH and I attended the Swan/Dolphin Food & Wine Classic last year and had a great time! We definitely want to book it again and stay at the resort. I hope they offer the same deal as last year...the room including a wristband each night and a seminar each night. Does anyone know when we can start booking it? If I put a request into Dreams Unlimited would an agent be able to book it for me as soon as it's available?

As of Tuesday the details were not out yet. I will call my contact in the morning and see if the details are available now. I know they will have a very similar set up this year. I will let you know what I find out.

We plan on booking as soon as the details are announced so that we can get some different seminars this time. Last year we did Reisling and Mixology and they were great! I can't wait to try something new.

If you make a reservation now and note on it that you want to do the food and wine classic. I can switch it to the package when it becomes available.

So I have a question for all of you.
We've stayed at the Swan twice, but never at the Dolphin. Is there any reason to choose one over the other? Should we go to the Dolphin because we've never been there before? Or stick with the Swan? Does it matter?
