When are you going to "the World" and where are you staying?

Me...I'll be there 9/30 - 10/8 staying at the Boardwalk in a 1BR.

We arrive on 28Aug and will spend 3 nights in a 1 bed at Kidani savannah view, 5 days at Boardwalk in a studio and 7 days at SSR in a studio. We love split stays as every resort has something different to offer. Can't wait.

We'll be at the GFV for the first time 9/29 & 30, then move to OKW for 10/1 & 2, both in a 1-bdrm.

Then we'll be at OKW 11/29 thru 12/5 to see the decorations also in a 1-bdrm!

BCV 9/10 - 9/12 for DGS birthday getaway
VB 12/10 - 12/12 for DW birthday getaway
OKW 2/4 - 2/6 for anniversary getaway - Will most likely be changing resorts at 7 months.

In planning for next year:
VGF - 1st stay at this resort
DGS - birthday getaway - maybe a stay in the camp grounds
OKW - DW annual birthday weekend getaway
DCL - Booking 30th anniversary cruise

A friend and I are going on the Member Cruise, so we'll be at BLT on August 23, and the BCV after the cruise!

Me, my mom and my twin DDs-15 will be at SSR (1BR) from 8/12-8/15 and then BWV (studio) from 8/15-8/17...then we'll join up with the menfolk at HHI DVC (2BR) from 8/17-8/22.

DH and I will be at VWL for F&W 11/3-11/6...studio for night 1 and 1BR for nights 2 and 3...waitlisted a 1BR for the 1st night.

We bought in on our honeymoon. So we going back Jan 14-21 for our one year anniversary! Staying at our home resort VGF! Can't wait. Crossing our fingers for chefs table at V&A!

Haha...totally understand your feelings! I did something similar a few years ago and it worked out petty well! I did a lot of "WDW Presentations" to the family before hand and this way no body could say "we didn't know"!

I did the same thing this year. Worked around the last day of my AP. Would love to go around the Holidays sometime. In all the years I've been going to WDW (over 30) I've never been there to see the decorations!!!

Got super lucky and snagged 5 nights savanna view in a 1 bed at Kidani less than 30 days out. I was on the fence if I should do a trip last minute it looked too pieced together and too short for driving but when those 5 nights showed up and having our AP's I figured it was a sign haha

Sooo it is July 18-22 me, my daughter who will be home from Co. And my son with special needs so he can see Elsa and Anna and do the Seven Dwarfs ride he is super excited!

Then it will be the whole family including GS for his first trip in Dec. back at Kidani for the Christmas Party and decorations. I hope everyone has a great trip!
