So what's the word on the next DVC?

My DH and I want to join as well. While SSR may be a little remote, we also want the extra years and are going for it. By the time you add on closing costs for a resale, and apply the discount Disney is offering for new DVC members, the price is not that much different, and the extra years will mean alot.
