B - Took my dad to breakfast, and I ate 1/2 a garden scramble and some blueberry grain n' oat pancakes.
L - No lunch, skipped it due to large breakfast.
S - Vanilla frozen yogurt.
S - Strawberries.
D - Turkey burger with reduced fat cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, roasted red pepper, and mustard. On the side I had pasta salad (whole wheat rotini with a myriad of vegetables and a little low cal parmesan ranch) a pickle spear, and a few baked lay's.
S - More frozen vanilla yogurt with chopped up strawberries on top.
