So, what'd ya eat?

B - Special K Strawberry Bar
L - Turkey and reduced fat pepperjack with honey mustard on whole wheat and a big salad with cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, cucumbers, and olives.
S - Cantaloupe.
S - Grapes.
D - I'm making tacos again! Same ingredients as last night, except I'm adding roasted potatoes.
S - I'll have some more fruit later. Maybe a pudding or frozen yogurt if I'm feeling chocolate-y.
 
B - Didn't really have any, unless you count the flapjack I had during breaktime.
L - 2 snack sausage rolls.
D - Roast chicken, 2 sausages, roast potatoes, and maybe carrot & swede mash.
S - A couple of Maoam strips. I'll have some yoghurt for dessert.
 
B - Flapjack.
L - Turkey in wholewheat seed bread.
D - Quorn sausages with a jacket potato and baked beans.
S - 3 jaffa cakes, and a Muller apple rice pudding.
 

Yesterday.

B - One scambled egg with a touch of cheese and some salsa verde. Then I toasted half a pita and sprinkled tons of cinnamon over that.
L - Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes Lean Cuisine thing and a salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and fat free italian.
D - I made sliced sirloin steak with carmelized onions and peppers, then I threw some steamed broccoli into it. On the side I made mashed potatoes with a tablespoon or smart balance and a splash of skim milk (aka, they were healthy).
S - I had fire roasted veggie crackers from kashi, grapes, and cantaloupe for snacks.

Today.

B - Special K Vanilla Crisp bar.
L - I made a big salad of mixed greens, roasted red peppers, tomato, cucumber, olives, red onion, and some tuna. I munched on some kashi veggie crackers with this, too.
D - I'm making italian chicken (chicken breasts sauteed in italian spices and veggies) over whole wheat pasta topped with homemade sauce, and on the side I'm making sauteed squash.
S - I'll have some fruit (melon and grapes) later and probably 1/2 of a hostess 100 calorie pack. Oh, and I've drank about 1/2 a slim fast (they're actually quite tasty).
 
Breakfast: Bagel & cream cheese and cranberry raspberry juice
Lunch: nachos and jalapeno peppers and a lemon Snapple
Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs and milk
 
B- nothing
L- spinich and swiss wrap, water
D- morning star buffalo chicken alternates, carrots and broccoli, coke zero
S- 2 peanut butter cookies, baked bbq lays
 
B - Sadly, nothing.
L - Turkey in wholemeal seed bread.
D - Having Moroccan lamb, chickpea and cous-cous soup with some brown bread, and a mini pizza.
S - Jaffa cakes. About 6-7... A strawberry yoghurt (from a company called Nom!)

D: Nothing yet
 
B - Nothing... Again...
L - Turkey in brown bread... Again
D - Chicken strips & cubed potatoes with wholegrain pita bread, and tomato & chilli relish.
S - Jaffa cakes, crisps, jaffa cakes, Muller Light banana & custard yoghurt, and jaffa cakes.

Yesterday.

L - Mixed salad with tuna.
S - Honeydew and Grapes
D - Grilled fish, roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon, and sauteed cauliflower.

Today.

B - Cherrios Oat Cluster Crunch and skim milk.
L - Small salad with tuna -- I wasn't particularly hungry.
S - 1/2 a toasted pita with 1 tbsp of dark chocolate peanut spread over it. ♥
D - I think I'm making a chicken, veggie, and brown rice combo.
S - I'm sure I'll have some honeydew and grapes later.
 
B- 1 Poptart.
L-Peanut Butter Sandwich, Potato Chips, Capri Sun ( :D )
S- Vanilla Bean Coolatta from Dunkin Donuts.
D- idkk. something simple. I have to babysit at 530.
 
B - Wheetaflakes
L - Jacket potato with chilli
D - Quorn pieces in a black peppercorn masala sauce, with naan bread.
S - Kitkat, small piece of Wheetabix, small piece of pork, small piece of cinammon bun, 2 raspberries, 2 lychees (went around Costco, and they were taste testing stuff) Gonna have a Muller Light yoghurt tonight, and maybe a clementine.
 
B-A few pieces of Waffle Crisp cereal (I overslept and had to be somewhere at 6am..)
L-PB&J sandwich and a Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel (too make up for my lack of breakfast plus I was standing outside for 8 straight hours...xD0
D-Going to a Sweet 16 so idk whats there
S-An apple
 
B-Egg bagel
L-Black and white shake from shake shack at citi field
D-Pizza

L - Oven roasted turkey with reduced fat pepperjack and honey mustard on multi grain bread. With a few strawberries

D - Grilled chicken breast with grilled squash and zucchini with half a baked potato and a small tossed salad.

S - My mother forced me to eat one of those Oreo Fun Stix. I wasn't hungry, but she wanted me to eat more calories.

I ate so much today; I have a tummy ache.
