So, what'd ya eat?

B - Took my dad to breakfast, and I ate 1/2 a garden scramble and some blueberry grain n' oat pancakes.
L - No lunch, skipped it due to large breakfast.
S - Vanilla frozen yogurt.
S - Strawberries.
D - Turkey burger with reduced fat cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, roasted red pepper, and mustard. On the side I had pasta salad (whole wheat rotini with a myriad of vegetables and a little low cal parmesan ranch) a pickle spear, and a few baked lay's.
S - More frozen vanilla yogurt with chopped up strawberries on top.
 
B-was in a rush this morning so didn't have anything :/

L-Cane's (local chicken place)

D-Chicken Fried Steak :)

S-Donut haha
 
B- Pop Tarts!
L- Skipped
D- Roasted Chicken, potatoes, and corn :)
S- Toasted Almond Ice Cream Bar (so delicious.)

Lunch: nachos
Dinner: honey mustard grilled chicken wrap
Snack: a few pretzels
 
B - 2 peices of multigrain toast with SF strawberry preserves and some cantaloupe.
L - Turkey and reduced fat sharp cheddar with honey mustard on whole wheat.
S - Kashi fire roasted vegetable crackers with a wedge of laughing cow cheese.
D - Tacos! In 1/2 a pita with fat free cheddar, salsa verde, and chopped green chiles. On the side I had a few roasted spicy potatoes and a small salad.
S - Later I'm having vanilla frozen yogurt with freshly crushed strawberry sauce.
 
B- Nothing.
L- Movie Popcorn!
D- Pizza.
S- Candy Bar.

I had such an unhealthy day today..
 
B - Whole grain english muffin with ICBINB and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
L - Morningstar Farms spicy black bean burger on a whole wheat bun with a smallish salad.
S - I'm going going to eat some baby carrots and cherry tomatoes after class.
D - My dad is grilling, so I'll either have a turkey or salmon burger on a whole wheat bun with a salad and baked lay's.
S - Angel food cake topped with frozen yogurt and strawberries.

S - Chicken salad and slice of BBQ chicken pizza
L - Two boca burgers w/ sugar free ketchup and couple tbsp. of peanut butter
pre-workout - Bowl of Lucky Charms with skim milk
After-workout - 1 scoop chocolate whey with water, bowl of fat free chocolate ice cream
dinner - Bowl of Lucky charms with skim milk

What did I eat today?

Too many potato chips, that's what. The one day we ACTUALLY have junk food in the house I manage to eat my weight in it. It's going to be a rough couple of days at the gym. :headache:

Good to know. Thank God I'm starting back at physical therapy on Thursday. If I didn't I'd be screwed because in my area, there are no gyms unless you want to travel 40 minutes north. We don't even have sidewalks for craps sake!
 
Breakfast - bowl of Lucky Charms & 5 eggs
Lunch - half a pint of Ben and Jerry's Half Baked and two tins of tuna
Snack - Homemade sweet potato fries and a bowl of Lucky Charms
Dinner - Stiryfry [which I made and was amazing]

- Egg Sandwich
- Milk
