Wow, what a list Cowgirl! 
I'm like you -- I like to try all sorts of crafts. I forgot to include wire-wrapping of jewelry, gemstone faceting (which I wish I could get back into again), and rock polishing in my list, and I also once upon a time tried my hand at tole painting and painting porcelain figures. I've also done a *tiny* bit of woodworking with my dad's help. I'm not confident in it enough to do any of my own woodworking at this point, but I'm fairly close if it's something easy.
I even did one book of scrapbooking and though I enjoyed that, I *hated* having to cut down pictures so much so I make web pages instead
