My friend and I were talking about the Food & Wine Festival and she mentioned one of her big concerns was that they might have TOO much to drink. They are staying offsite and are VERY responsible so if they had ONE too many (which with this couple would be two beers over a four hour period) they would not drive. So she wanted to know that if that happened and they decided to take a cab would Disney tow thier rental car?

Personally, I would think Disney would be glad to have you LEAVE the car since there is a liablity issue if Disney serves someone too much to drink and they then have an accident, but was just curious if anyone knew.

(I think that this couple will probably take turns, one person will try the wine and beer one night and the other the other night. We have a friend who was killed by a drunk driver years ago and tend to all be on the VERY cautious side!)

I've always wondered this myself! I will admit to leaving my car at a resort overnight after a meal, but never a park... hoping to find out the answer to this one.

I always wondred if they would call you if you left your resort pass on the windshield
