So, what do you do with wet ponchos?

I pack ziploc freezer bags. I fold them up and put them in there when it stops raining. I also keep some extra cheap ones from Walmart just in case it starts up again and ours are too drenched to put back on. When we get back to the room i will usually put them on the floor to dry or hang them in the bathroom. They dry pretty quickly.

I usually get the small bags from a WDW gift shop and then feed the loops through my beltpack. That way its still hands free and semi-contained.

I'm going next week too. What do you do when it rains?

Almost all the rides are still open when it rains, plus rain showers in Florida are usually pretty short. When I was there last weekend, I rode the HM three times in a row while it was pouring outside.

In regards to the ponchos, many people wear their ponchos after a rainstorm, until the ponchos are dry enough to store.

If you get lightning and thunder, they will close down rides where you are exposed to heights and metal and are outdoors.
